Can I fly to NY after marriage even if my K1 visa expired and not filing AOS yet?

Which information that I will use? My passport name or my new name with my husband's family name??

If you are asking if you can fly within the United States after you have entered on a K-1 visa and have married, but before you have filed for your AOS, the answer is yes. Just book your ticket using the name on your passport. You need to have valid identification in your married name if you want to fly using a ticket in that name. If you have not filed for AOS, you will not have any picture ID with your new married name on it.

For Domestic flight all you need is a state issued ID, like a driver's license, some states offer what you call ID Card from DMV, your passport, or driver's license. As long as you don't leave us territory with your AOS pending you have nothing to worry about.
