the funniest (in a way) excuse I've heard was one employee calling he wouldn't make it to work, when I asked why he said he was getting arrested, LOL, he actually was.. for fighting with his ex-old lady

best reason ever for not showing up at work:

A guy works at a new job on Thursday and Friday. On Monday he calls in and says,

"I can't come in today. I'm sick." He worked the rest of the week, but the

following Monday he calls in and says, "I can't come in today. I'm sick." The boss

asks the foreman about him, and the foreman says, "He's great. He does the work

of two men. We need him." So the boss calls the guy into his office, and says,

"You seem to have a problem getting to work on Mondays. You're a good worker and

I'd hate to fire you. What's the problem? Anything we can help you with? Drugs?

Alcohol?" The guy says, "No, I don't drink or do drugs. But my brother-in-law

drinks every weekend, and then beats on my sister. So every Monday morning, I go

over to make sure she's all right. She puts her head on my shoulder and cries,

one thing leads to another, and the next thing you know, I'm screwing her." The

boss says, "You screw your sister?" The guy says, "Hey, I told you I was sick."

I have an excuse that really happened to me but I've had to use it like 5 times because my mom and sister are both crazy. I was about to leave for work and I was like #######? where the hell are my keys...my mom took them with her! Her and my sister both just pick up keys and throw them in their purse if they belong to them or not!

here's another for you....

Subject: Baseball has been very very good to me.

A housewife takes a lover during the day while her husband is at work.

Unbeknownst to her, her 9 yr. old son was hiding in the closet.

Her husband came home unexpectedly so she hid her lover in the closet.

The boy now has company.

Boy: "Dark in here."

Man: "Yes it is."

Boy: "I have a baseball."

Man: "That's nice."

Boy: "Want to buy it?"

Man: "No, thanks."

Boy: "My dad's outside."

church &make you confess."

They go to church &the father alerts the priest. Then he makes his son

sit in the confession booth &closes the door.

The priest says, "Don't start that chit again."
