Please someone take 5 seconds to answer. I just need to know this one thing

I am currently living with my fiance for 2 months now here in poland.

If i we use the same address here in poland on our g325, is it possible or likely that i will get RFE for proof of visa since im living with my fiance longer than 90 days in her home in Poland.

Thanks

So, you are saying that they WONT ask for this info from me, right? Wow thats great if i understand properly.

The verb in your sentence was ''get". USCIS won't mail an RFE to an address in Poland. Any RFE will be mailed to your US address shown on the petition. Hopefully, you used the G325a instead of the G325.

Perhaps you'll want to clarify your question.

If you're asking whether USCIS will want to verify your legal status in Poland, the answer is no.

Thats exactly what i was asking. And since you said they wont want to verify my status in poland, I got the answer i needed. Thanks a lot.

Im just wondering if living together will count as enough proof of 'ongoing' relationship. Should we provide a copy of the contract we signed when we moved in to prove we are living together, along with using the same address on the g325a?

In reality, the USCIS could give a rats azz about "ongoing relationship" as they are most concerned with having met "in person" within the last two years evidence.... Save the ongoing stuff for the consulate....

YMMV

Will the "consulate" want me to prove my status during the interview here in poland, or do they not care about that either?

and again, will living together prove an ongoing relationship during our interview, Should my fiance bring the contract with her?

Oh, and by consulate , you meant the people at the interview right? Will they want to know about my status here.

No, the Consulate doesn't care either but they will like the fact you spent so much time together.

The problems, would stem from not showing a US address for USCIS to send notices of action or RFE and any issues impacting your qualification as financial sponsor because of any lack of work/income during your stay.

I would suggest using a permanent address in the US as your current address. Also, send you petition to somebody in the States and have them mail it to USCIS for you. You'll need to maintain a US mailing address, even if a friend or family member's address and maintain drivers license and bank accounts at minimum.

Do research sponsor qualifications.

Hello. What would happen if i used my US address on the i129f, but on the g325a i put down Poland as my most recent address?

Would this they think is an address confict, or would they just read it as me living in poland temporarily and send all mail to the us address.

I am self employed via internet with income around $10k per year, which is what my fiance can tell during the interview. My tax return will also show self employed, and i have arranged to have my mother as co-sponsor and she makes 40k$ per year. Do you think they will still question my qualification as her financial sponsor?

Thanks for the reply

As much as i wish i couldnt worry about it, i need to make sure it wont cause an RFE or problems by listing a foreign address on the g325a, and a US address on the i129f. Does anyone have experience to how this would turn out.
