:help::help: i had my interview at US embassy manila and the consul said that i am basically ok but needs to see my husbands 2007 w2 coz we submitted 2006 only.in window 38,the guy handed me a 221 g form and was checked this: new affidavit of support and 2007 w2 from the petitioner. what could thid possibly mean?please reply to clear up my mind thanks!

Looks like your hubby will have to file his 2007 ITRs early and send copy plus his 2007 W2s to you. Plus a new [i-864] affidavit of support.

Should be OK after you submit those documents.

Looks like your hubby will have to file his 2007 ITRs early and send copy plus his 2007 W2s to you. Plus a new [i-864] affidavit of support.

Should be OK after you submit those documents.

I agree... If your husband has filed his 2007 ITR, he can send a copy to you plus the W2s and the I-864. Once you have submitted all these, in 2-4 weeks you'll likely receive your visa. Did they keep your passport? Did you pay Delbros fee?

10/17/2011 - Certificate of Naturalization in the mail -- OFFICIALLY DONE!
