My interview will be on March 11, 2008, The last name of my fiance was misspelled the first letter they misspelled, is it cause visa delays? But mine is correct only my petitioner's last name was misspelled. Any body can help this? Thank you...God bless.

Blessy

Where did you find out the mistake? On your appointment letter? I don't think it will be a problem during your interview but don't forget to inform the USEM about the error once you're there. That way, they can correct it.

Not in my appointment letter but we found out the mistake in letter from NVC when they sent us a letter that our case was already forwarded to Manila Embassy. In my appointment letter theres no name of my petitioner only my name appear on it but all are correct.

I see... like I said, inform the USEM about the mistake so that they can print the correct one on your visa...

the same thing happened to us. when my faincee called the usem about it, grace from the embassy said it shouldn't be a problem as long as it is correct in the noa1 and noa2. i'm going for my interview on wednesday and i'm not really worried about it. goodluck.
