I am so sick of this. Over seven months and now two RFEs in three weeks. Does anyone know of a country that a USC W/ Philippino wife can go without many problems? I have never even thought about it much. I need any opinions, PLEASE!!! Thanks John&Jean :help:

Yep...Philippines. But hang on in there...just try to submit all the documents needed accurately and im sure that you'll be reunited with your wife/fiancee soon. You're lucky than others because you only get RFE's...some even get denials so keep the faith... :)

2-0. In favor of the boys.

Philippines among many others. Singapore, Hongkong, etc. Basically as a USC, you and your wife probably wont have any problems to moving to a lot of 3rd world countries.

Be patient...........

I had an RFE and a NOID (Notice of Intent to Deny). After my reply to the NOID, I was approved in a few weeks.

I was about to move back to Thailand or take a job with my company in Hong Kong. I decided it would be best to hold on for the approval, I want my fiancee to go to school here and after 5 years, we are moving back to our farm in Thailand.
