Possibly, but details are useful.

An overstay to a different country may not cause a problem, but yes overstay to the USA may be a problem depending on how long the overstay was for and how long ago it happened.

Yes, we are talking about a J-1 Visa for Aupair on a one year program stamped D/S. Are you familiar with this situation.

Yes, left the aupair early and stayed beyond a year. No determination or appearance before an immigration judge or adjudicator. We have researched all this and have supporting opinion from our atty. We are interested in the "real world" interview Q&A from the interview. Can you help???
