am i lacking any paper with my DS-230?

I am going to send the DS-230 to NVC. So i will send our marriage certificate, my birth certificate, police clearance from my locality since reaching the age of 16, 2 US passport photo and nbi clearance and DS-230 part 1 and 2, part 1 signed.

Is this complete or do you see something that is lacking? I just want to make sure that I send the documents complete. Thanks for the help.

The passport photos is a new requirement as Jan 2008, and it still isn't on the site as a requirement, but several people have run into RFE for the photos. I notice you didn't mention the passport photocopy.

Submit a photocopy of the biographic data page of the applicant’s and the applicant’s individual family members’ valid passports. This is the page that shows the applicant’s name and date and place of birth.

Note: Do NOT send the applicant’s passport(s) to the NVC, just the photocopy of the biographic data page.
