hi just getting paranoid about my medical

Hi guys, just want to get some advice for those who underwent medical. I had my medical last wednesday. However, they hold the results because I don't have a passport. I do have a problem regarding my birthcertificate before and It was just corrected recently that's why I just apply for a passport recently. I will be getting my passport next week just okay for my interview in march 3.

Just getting paranoid. I believed I'm healthy, no pneumonia or any childhood diseases. I have never been admitted to hospital just once when I gave birth. But somehow, I'm worried because of what I'm reading here in visa journey.

If ever I have problems regarding my xray or I need to repeat my xray, (wish not!) will you know that day when you had your first day of medical? Or if not, will they call you and inforn you that you have problem regarding your xray or you need to repeat it? My first day of medical was fine. But I just can't wait to get the result. I even try calling them but according to them, it can't be release until passport is presented. I did not receive any call from them so I supposed there is no problem.

Any advice? thanks

8/15/08- received receipt notice for I-485 andI-765 in the mail with notice date Aug 11

8/25/08- received biometrics letter with post stamp dated Aug 19

9/10/08- BIOMETRICS at USCIS Seattle 8 am!!!!!DONE!!!

11/7/08- EAD card production ordered yeheyyyyy!!!!!

11/14/08- EAD in mail

11/20/08- applied for ssn

12/04/08- ssn received.... time to go job hunting!!!!

01/26/09- first day of work

02/04/09- received letter for the initial interview

03/12/09- interview in Seattle at 1pm....... APPROVED!!!!---- 10 yr greencard!!!!!

03/16/09- received Welcome to the United States notice

03/18/09- GC Card Production ordered!!!!

03/25/09- Approval notice sent

03/27/09- Green card received!!! Expires 3/18/2019

Naturalization...........

07/05/2012- filed n400 phoenix arizona (local office seattle)

07/112012-Noa 1

08/09/2012-Biometrics appointment done!

08/27/2012-Interview notice sent

09/26/2012-Interview day at 2pm APPROVED!!!

09/26/2012-OATH TAKING DONE! (same day)

Hi there.Well if you have a problem in your medical,they will tell you on the 2nd day at SLEC.but because you don't have passport they will not release your X-Ray film to you.The reason why they won't tell you the result is because it's CONFIDENTIAL.they will get your passport and medical result will be forwarded in the USEM.I'm was surprised that they let you do your medical without passport :o Coz the US Reception area is so strict.I hope everything will be okey to you soon. :thumbs:

I agree with lancerboxtype, if you have a problem Slec will tell you on the 2nd day, like what happened to me they told me to repeat my X-ray on the 2nd day.

I hope u'll get your passport soon.. You'll be fine :thumbs::yes::thumbs:

thank you guys!

It is right that SLEC will not tell you the result of your medical exam because it is Confidential. However, based on experience, you would know that you have passed everything if they gave you your vaccines on the 2nd day. They will not give you any vaccines if they need more test. My results was held too because I have my daughter coming for medical too, but I know that I passed because my receipt says: "for releasing, 1 coming"...and they gave me vaccine shots. I hope it helps...

Good news! I got my passport already and got my result from saint lukes. I passed the medical exam!!!! yeheyyyyy!!!!!!!
