USCIS Revises Filing Instructions for Form I-130

All Petitions for Alien Relatives (Form I-130) filed alone must be filed at the Chicago Lockbox instead of a USCIS Service Center. All I-130 forms will be adjudicated at a USCIS Service Center (and receipts will be issued by the Vermont or California Service Center), even though they are submitted to the Chicago Lockbox.

Ok, but this is the K1 forum. No I-130 is "filed alone" or filed at all in K1 cases. This "news" is also a few months old.

Ok, but this is the K1 forum. No I-130 is "filed alone" or filed at all in K1 cases. This "news" is also a few months old.
