where do you want it to set? to your signature or your avatar

if you're trying to get it into your profile, go to your profile and click on settings, then click on Browse and Upload...if you want it in your signature, then click on My Assistant, then click on Edit Forums Signature.......if you want it as your avatar [on the side of all your posts], then go to where your messages are, on the left side, there's a list of options, click on Edit Avatar Settings, then Browse and Upload the pic..

hope that helped..

oh, and if you want the pic in your post, then, right underneath where you write your post, you'll find a section called Attachments where you can also click Browse and Upload...

...don't know how well i explained it but i hope it was of some assistance..
