THIS IS MY SECOND TIME TO BE BENIFICIARY OF K-1 VISA

Supposing the beneficiary had an ignored K 1visa petition. Now, here comes another guy who wants to petition her for a K1 visa. Is there any complication in the immigration? Thanks so much .....

Me and my ex-fiancee met last march 2007 but were 2months in the relationship at that time..And then he filed k-1 visa last july 2007.We always had a misunderstanding AND when time goes by..on that situation,we decided to broke up because we knew that were out of love to each other..And then last November i met a very kind man..Matured enough to understand me.We met on 1st week of february and came back to his country after a couples of day.

And he wants to file for k-1 visa this coming September. Does the 1st petitioned will affect this second one to us?He received NOA1 last august and nothing hear from him..just the last word"im just going to ignore it!

I really dont have any idea in this situation..

So you decided to not follow with the first k-1...

I do not think there is any problem as long as you did not come to USA and stay on your first k-1.

If it was a situation that the k-1 was applied for and you were in Philipines and never came to USA, then you should be fine.

It would have only been a problem if you came to USA on K-1 and then stayed here on K-1. But not marry the first guy who sponsored you and now find another guy.

The one thing you must do, is find out if the first K-1 is still in processing...If it is, you should send a letter with the case number asking it to be stopped. That you are removing your petition for the first K-1.

HELLO. I HAVE BEEN RESEARCHING MY OPTIONS FOR A FEW WEEKS NOW. I AM HAPPY I FOUND THIS SITE. I SEE IN THE 129F PAPERWORK FOR A K3 A PART THAT HAS TO DO WITH CRIMINAL HISTORY. MY WIFE KNOWS EVERYTHING IN MY PAST SO THAT IS NOT A ISSUE. I STOPPED TAKING DRUGS AND FOUND GOD A FEW YEARS BACK AND I AM REFORMED NOW. 15 YEARS AGO MY WIFE CHEATED ON ME AND I SLAPPED HER. I WAS ARRESTED AND SENTENCED TO ANGER MANAGEMENT AND NO JAIL TIME.

7 YEARS AGO I WAS CHARGED WITH INJURY TO A CHILD. I WAS FINED AND NO JAIL TIME.

3 YEARS AGO I WAS DIVORCED AND HAD A RESTRAINING ORDER PUT IN PLACE AGAINST ME. I DID VIOLATE IT TWICE, NOTHING MAJOR JUST PHONE CALLS ABOUT THE SALE OF OUR HOUSE AND ABOUT WINTER CLOTHS. MY EX HAD ME ARRESTED FOR THAT LOL.

3 YEARS AGO DURING THE DIVORCE WHILE MY KIDS WAS VISITING ONE OF MY CHILDREN GOT A FAT LIP IN A ACCIDENT AND MY WONDERFULL EXWIFE CALLED THE POLICE AND I WAS CHARGE AGAIN WITH INJURY TO A CHILD, IT WAS PLEADED DOWN TO DISTURBING THE PEACE.

I WAS NEVER ARRESTED OR CONVICTED OF ANY DRUG RELATED CRIME.

THAT IS THE EXTENT OF MY CRIMINAL PAST.

WILL THIS HAVE ANY BEARING ON THE APPROVAL OF A 129F OR IS A 130 FOR A CR1 MY ONLY OPTION?

CHILDREN STAY AWAY FROM DRUGS, YOU DO STUPID THINGS WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE.

The first application for K-1 will likely only come up during interviews at the embassy and also if you come to America and get married. They will ask about the previous application. If you never came to America on the K-1 visa or came and left within the time limits you will be okay.

Also, this topic should be in the Fiancee visa section, not IMBRA.

I agree it will not be a problem. My K-1 was the second for both me and my fiancee. The only time it came up was during our interview for AOS when they asked about it but otherwise no mention of it at all.
