On February 4th, I received a pink RFE from USCIS stating they needed a copy of my current income (which I don't have since I am a student) and a copy of my previous EAD. I sent it all to them on the 5th of Feb and Feb 7 CRIS sent email confirming they received it. My question is how do you know if your evidence is good enough? Secondly, does this put me to the back of the line ( I orginally filed in Jan, but got RFE in Feb). I am anxious cause i fear denial.

Please if someone can ease my mind.

It is a very good sign that CRIS sent you an email confirming that they got your RFE evidence. You can just hope that your evidence is good enough, no way of knowing immediately. Now you just wait while they look over your case. Your case is at the beginning of the line, they are probably working on it right now!

You will probably get word of either an interview or transfer to a service center, very soon!
