Hi Guys,

I'm here again to ask a question which am pretty sure ya'll have answers :-)

I am planning to visit my country Philippines this year and am still waiting for my 10 year GC to come. I can't wait for my card to arrived cause it's been 4 years i didn't visit my country and I miss my family and friends very much. Anyway, my question is does it necessary to have a I-551 stamp in my passport? Immigration sent my 2 year GC without me having interviewed and my passport of course doesn't have a I-551 stamp. Is that gonna be a problem when I travel to Philippines?

To those who have the same situation or an answer please enlighten me. I just wanna make sure it won't have any problem on my trip.

Your NOA1 for Removal of Conditions is also a one year extension of your Green Card, permitting work, travel and everything a Green Card normally does. Using your NOA1, expired GC and a valid passport, you should be just fine.
