missing information? I-864 packet review

I know I read some where that getting the message about missing or incomplete information in regard to the I-864 packet didnt always mean there was a problem...can some one please tell me where to find this post?

I got the message that they reviewed my packet and found missing or incomplete information...still no word on the IV fee bill arriving there, or could this be part of it? I am confused and cant call them for 2 days so I am here looking for any answers possible

I know for me until I sent in the IV fee bill payment it stated the same thing. Pretty sure what you are looking for in under the National Visa Center forum. Also keep trying to call.

I sent the iv bill on the 11th...still waiting for them to cash it and post it in the system or say something about it...I tried a shortcut with my IV fee bill and am anxiously waiting to hear something.

so if I understand this correctly this message may just mean that they have not yet posted the IV fee yet?

From my experiences after completion I-864, they might "missing" rest of documents to enter the system.

do you just get a message missing or incomplete items on your i-864 or something else.

my first question to you is when submit your i864 do you missing anything or forget to included them

for example tax form or w2. I get that message before but i forget my current tax year and the w2 form.

so in your case just think back and see what you forget to submit.

what other have said that some time they just wait for ds-230 but i am not so sure about it

the only thing i didnt include was paycheck stubs but that sounded like an optional things. I sent 2 years tax transcripts plus copies of w-2 for those years, I had not yet filed my taxes for this year and stated so in the cover letter but I did include copies of the w-2 for this tax year. I think it is because they havent put the IV fee into the system yet...time will tell
