Well they sent me a letter that my k-1 was approved on 4-21-06 but they did not e-mail me!!?? Well I am relieved. Now on to the Consulate. I signed up for e-mails with them,I don't know why they did not write to me?! NoAlgae :dance::star:

you probably didn't choose the option of receiving email from uscis. If your option is off..you will not get email...anyway,,,,CONGRATZ :dance::dance:

congrats,,what is the lawyer going to do to speed this up?

The box was checked for me to recieve e-mails. Now I am sending a lawyer $2500 for speedy service.

Well with Colombia u don't need a lawyer. The times are 6-7 months very quick!! But our case is in Dominican Republic 23-24months for k-1 visa Way too long!!! He works at the Dominican Republic Embassy here in the states. He will push things through.
