[hello .....i really dont know whats going on as we checked our paper they looked on it its like being touched every other day but only our i-130 was touched and just earlier today we found out that they looked again our paper this time both i-130 and i-129f but still we have'nt yet our NOA2 !!! :crying: im really confused my husband sent them a letter last week for them to cancell our i-129f and he went also to the congressman office to asked help about our case ..its been like almost seven months ...ANY ADVICE OR ANSWERE PLS........ :crying::crying:

My I130 was approved in 7 months. Your approval should be coming soon.

Unfortunately, being outside the processing times of 6 months is really not all that unusual. Just hang in there. Once you're out of USCIS, NVC is a bit better.

We are in the same boat, many "touches" but nothing coming.

It is frustrating to be apart and to see others being approved, though keep in mind some people have been waiting for longer than us so we are still lucky.
