Hi guys,

Did you guys see the updated processing timeline for Nebraska they just updated it.

I was looking at I-751 and it says as of Feb 15th 2008 they reached july 5th 2006

When on Jan. 15th 2008 they reached Feb. 10th 2007, So how can they jump back a year??!!

Are they working backward now? :S

And I can't believe they meant july 5th 2007. There is noway they finished 5 months of application in one month. Everyone know how slow they are.

my application dated feb 27th 2007 :(

Any idea what is going on?

I wouldn't rely on those dates

:time:

You can probably get some sort of idea by looking at the immigration timelines link at the top of the page. The stats there can be helpful.

I agree I wouldnt rely on those dates, I just checked and Vermont and Cali have the same oldest date and we know that Vermont are approving Dec and Jan Filers so it doesnt mean anything.

VSC has been approving August 2007 filers, not December and January (of whatever year). CSC seems to be approving those who filed anywhere from 2½-4 months ago.

Ah, now I see. We're talking about I-751 petitions for removal of conditions, you're talking about K-1 visas/I-129F forms. You're in the wrong forum, by a good three years.

Meh
