I-485 - current uscis status??

So this is my first time posting on vj! I''m hoping someone can help me out with a couple of stupid questions re. the I-485. I just want to fill out all these forms as accurately as possible.

1. I came to the US on the visa waiver program but have now overstayed. My wife and I got married while I was still legal. So what should I enter as my "Current USCIS Status"? I'm thinking "overstay" or "out of status" possibly, any ideas?

2. For "Expires on" should I put the date that my VWP expired, ie the 90th day of my stay?

3. What is my "Nonimmigrant Visa Number" as I entered on just my passport and not a visa? Is this my I-94 number?

1. VWP

2. Date the I-94W indicates expires.

3. No this number would be on the visa such as K-1 fiancee visa write "none"

I-485 is "a" based on and approved relitive visa, and attach an I-130 petition along with the proper fee for the I-130.
