G-325 - I don't know if I am just getting overwhelmed by reading this site 100 times a day or what but: Is the G-325 about ME or about the FOREIGN FIANCE??????? It says APPLICANT info... who is the Applicant, me or him? I got confused because the guides say this is info about foreign fiance but then on the application it has a question: List any residences you have had outside the u.s. for more than 1 year, huh???? HELP.

Stupid and probably only going to get worse,

Linda :help:

You both have to fill one out.

The G325A is 4 sheets total. So that would make 8.

Applicant simply means the person that the form is about. Yours would be about you, his would be about him.

This form is used for other visas as well, that's why it asks about the outside the states resident. If you are the foreign fiance, you would put your address in that section because you are living outside the States, what's what I did. Perhaps you could put "None" since it doesn't apply to you but I would put your current address.

Relax and breathe, you'll get through it. Just follow the Guides.

 You aren't an idiot, you're probably on information overload.

You fill out one G325 for each of you.

Just to be clear, there are 4 copies of the G-325A. Don't just print out the first form 4 times. If you look at the bottom of the form you'll see that each one is routed to a different department. Make sure there are original signatures on EACH form.

Be certain to fill out the G325a, not the G325, one four page document for each of you. Likewise, be certain us use the I-129F, not the I-129.

For this process the devil is in the details.

? Please clarify the question.

You need to have original signatures on the G-325A and the letter of intent..nothing can be scanned.

Also I see that nobody mentioned that you will need to make 3 complete original sets of both the I-129F AND G-325A forms. One for USCIS, one for your fiance, and most important one set for yourself, just in case of an RFE. I made a sample set also, so I could make mistakes on it, and not my original sets.

Good point. I should have been clear on that. I just thought it was sweet that she felt silly, since I have been on info overload myself many any times.
