Possible RFE regarding tax returns for I-864?

I am about to mail in my AOS application tomorrow. I am a little bit worried though because my husband has not filed his taxes for 2007 yet...he said the deadline is still around april anyway. So we are just sending his 2006 tax returns but with his 6 months latest paystubs.

Will I get a RFE for this?

Probably not, providing the recent pay stubs shows currently employed, and how much being paid, I would attach a letter from employer.

NO! Cause I already send mine for 2006 and today NVC operator told me I-864 is accepted. 2006 taxes were the only one i send not even for 2005 and 2004.

we r doing the same ,my father in law wants to be the co sponsor and he has not filed his tax yet .i hope there will be no problem for u and us too.good luck
