My brand new wife and I are having the time of our lives after finally getting married two weeks ago. I am now trying to gather the docs necessary for the I-485 application and have come across this request for something called a NOA2 for the I-129. Is this something I should already have in my possession? I've searched my paperwork and cannot find it. Can I request a copy from USCIS?

I'm starting to freak out a little about this as I'd like to get this thing filed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

First this post should be in the Adjustment of Status forum.

NOA2 = I-129F approval notice.

Looks like:

And fill in profile details: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...rCP&CODE=01 (You are filing for something not N/A) And foreign country is not N/A either.

You can order a new one from USCIS but it does cost $340. You need to fill out form I-824 and send it in with the payment.

Thanks for both replies. I don't seem to have it. We hired an attorney (mistake) to file our paperwork in the most expeditious manner (HA!). Do you think the NOA would have been sent to him? I will call him next week to find out.

thanks,

bryon
