Basically my current 2007 tax return is more than double the poverty guideline but my 2006 is below it, then my 2005 is over the requirement....

Will this pose a problem?

Are you in the military?

Anyways, in my experience, my husbands' (fiance then) total gross income on his 2006 ITR and W-2 was just around $5K. Thats because he was deployed from 2005-2006. But on his 2005 and 2004 ITRs & W-2s were both above poverty guideline. I never had a problem at all.

You were never a mistake. You were my realization.

Its not a problem. The only thing that really matters is the current income.

I'm exactly in the same boat. 2007 good. 2006 bad. 2005 good.
