You just need to bring all the documents (AOS, DS-230 etc.) when you go in for the interview.

You need to have your medical exam done and bring the recipts for the payment too.

As long as he's deployed it doesn't matter where.

We didn't have to pay the IV fee bill and the other one, since we skipped the whole NVC process :D

same here.. LOL.. anyways where are you heading? we are leaving so soon!!! :crying:

Yeah I know Ruby! I remember you telling us you didn't have the fee bills and I thought wow that's nice! It gets expedited AND you don't have to pay!

Hubby is stationed at Ft. Sill, Oklahoma :help:

yea he's in the army and we met when he was stationed in japan and got married here in the philippines last feb2008. he sent the application (I130) august of last year and got NOA1 of the same month. He made another application which is I129f last october 2008 thinking that i can get there faster. But we dont think its workin out so he sent an expedite request but didnt get a reply from them.. He made another expedite request but still no nothing coming from the USCIS. It's been almost 8 months already but we havent got any approval yet..

Put his parents' address, that's what we did. He must have something down for his mailing address so put that :)

Yes, we put his parent's mailing address on the I-130 form, and that's where we got our NOA1. My husband is currently stationed overseas :( in Kuwait, but in the USA he's in Ft. Bliss, in El Paso. When he comes back, he might end up in Ft. Sill. I actually like Oklahoma, expect Lawton was run down and everyone seemed to live at the Walmart. And then they tried to recruit me because I ran with the Unit on Family Day and lasted the longest besides this one guy who was ex army. :P
