Maybe stupid questions??

Well I am preparing my forms, so i went to the store to find ACCO fasteners. But I cant find any (ACCO brand).

Is it importantant to only use this brand??

I didnt use any fasteners. But maybe someone else did. Hmm I dont know.

This is just like making a xerox copy on a Toshiba copier.

As long as they look like this you should be fine:

I believe the ones I used were Staples Brand.

You don't have to use any kind of fastener or special clip, just don't staple anything to make it easier on them. I just used paperclips and that was it. No need to make things complicated.

We didnt use any clips in ours and it was fine, as far as we know anyway

I paper clipped my documents. Also did not include a cover letter. Cover letter is likely thrown away when they get it as it is not required.

USCIS recomends a cover letter:

• Mark both the envelope and the cover letter as to the nature of the submission. Example: ORIGINAL SUBMISSION - BRIEF FOR AN APPEAL - RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - etc.
• Use the appropriate mailing address and mark both the envelope and the cover letter as to the form type. Example: I-129; I-130; I-690; I-698, etc.
