Hi guys,

I just called NVC and automated system said: " NVC has review your packet or form and found missing or inclomplete documentation. The NVC send letter Feb 21st indicating what packet or form has been missing..."

I called and spoke with an operator and ask about what has been missing and been told is the Immigrant Visa fee bill. I told the operator that IV fee bill was generated on Feb 11 and that I send the fee two days ago with next day delievery. Then been told I have to wait 10-15 days until automated system will be updated and that ALL my documents are ok and they are waiting for the IV bill, after that DS230 form will be generated and send to me.

Ok, what the hell this message mean?

Don't worry. It probably means they are waiting for your DS 230 packet. Check to see, if your DS 230 packet is generated already.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

The operator said they are missing my IV fee bill, but I send the fee Feb 20th with next day delievery and yesterday got confirmation from USPS that had been delievered. Also operator said they send me a checklist yesterday indicating what is missing. So I guess is that.

Thank you simple_male!

It means the system is ready to genrate the DS-230 but it didn't see the IV bill. I've sent my AOS bill they received on feb 14 and they couldn't see it in their system until feb 21. so it is the same for your IV Bill

Dont understand this guys

Today the automated system said the same that I have missing documentations, but the date when NVC send what is missing is changed. Yesterday when I called was saying that NVC send a checklist was is missing on Feb 21st, today is changed on Feb 22nd. This is not fun at all NVC. :bonk:

Anybody familiar with this or had any similar/same experience?

Thanks!

Dani, the best way is to call on monday. I think they have limited amount of automated messages and they're not applying to each individual situation.

If it makes you less worrying - My message from last nigth says RFE was sent on 02.23 !!!

I mean huh? on saturday ?

Don't worry, on monday you will see.
