I have noticed lot of people posting that they have used James' shortcuts. And, I have noticed James' shortcuts in people's timelines also. What is James' shortcuts??? I didn't remember reading about this in any of the guides....

2008-08-25: DS3032 Generated and AOS Bill Generated

2008-08-26: COA Emailed

2008-08-27: Paid AOS Bill (online)

2008-08-29: AOS Bill status "PAID" on NVC website

2008-08-29: AOS Bill and DS3032 hardcopy arrived in mail

I have questions....

The I-864 fee bill and a copy of the DS-3032 will be mailed to the USC, it is assumed you will make the USC the agent on the DS-3032. Who is USC?? And I always thought you would put oneself as the agent??? I am confused!!

Had anyone gone through this???

you can alway put your self as agent.

send mail abroad just like find dirty sock through the laundry

that why they ask you to have a USC (US Citizenship) person as agent because they have address in the US which make the mailing quicker.

normally it take 1-2 months to get to you assume you are the agent and from abroad by the time you send all your info back, your USC already complete 3-4 steps ahead alreay.

so it a good idea to chose some one in the US to act as your agent (IE your USC spouse).
