Vermont Online Status

Am I the only one that cannot see their case status online?

I got my NOA-1 on January 17 and still it isnt there

at least we are not alone

they told my senator's office that there was a glitch in the online system. I was thinking glitch probably means...we havent done it yet..

On a positive note, I have heard that they are processing NOA2s faster than the other service centers...so maybe we will hear something soon!!

Can't see ours either ..... however, if you start looking at those who've got I-130's with Vermont from November 1st 2007, via the immigration timeline link at the top, you'll see the approvals appear to be generally going out quite quickly ..... Someone from Columbia got it in 20 days or something ...... most don't seem to be going far over the 60 day mark according to that part of the site ..... I don't know what to do ..... whether to start preparing for early paperwork activity ..... or carry on the way I'm going, and expect it to be the usual 6 month wait for approval ..... ??

Yet according to their own website, they're behind California ......

..... maybe we can't see out stuff online, because with the Vermont folks, they'd rather use the input time to just approve our file instead ??? .....

I sent my I-130 on Aug-30, and I got my NOA1 from VSC on DEc-28. Until now, I can not check my application on case online check. I also made a lot of calls, but I just have the same answer:'Pls wait".

I also can't see mine and I received my NOA1 on Feb 1 (and I was an October 2007 filer). I feel the same way as long as they are approving the I-130s quicker I don't mind not seeing my case. It will probably depress me anyway....

I would rather not see my case and have it done faster, than to see its status daily and suffer longer wait times!

I used to look at my case file online multiple times a day...it got frustrating, so I only look at it every few days or so...

Got my NOA1 a couple weeks ago from VSC, can't access my number online. I'm not too worried about it, as long as Uncle Sam is working on it.

Well I'm a CSC filer, and even though I'm online nothing has happened on the case since NOA1 so your not missing too much. Some people seem to get mutliple "touches". Either from real activity on their account, or for them calling the RFE line and making fake touches. Touch could really be confusing and stressfull if you ask me. I would like to see a touch now though, cause its been a month since NOA1 and hopefully my next touch will mean that my case on somebodys desk. That will be nice.

I can see my case online now! I was touched today...which may just mean that my case was put online..who knows
