I don't need to submit the evidence of financial support with the initial I-129f, right? I'm supposed to send that to my fiance, and he brings it to the interview? Would it help if I DID send it along with the initial application? I haven't worked for the last couple years since I've been in Kenya, but my mother is going to co-sponsor him... maybe if we don't send the actual form right away, she could write a letter stating that she will be sponsoring him? Yeah, this whole process is a bit overwhelming... :blink: Thank you for reading!

USCIS is not concerned with your income at the time of I-129F filing, the consular officer issuing the visa IS.

I-129F directions and the guide here do not indicate that affidavit of support is needed when filing the petition.

We did not send the I-134 in with I-129F, we brought it to visa interview.

Co-sponsor provides an I-134 with financial evidence to co-sponsor, and petitioner you also provide an I-134.
