You shouldn't have any problems. Just be aware of the consequences of leaving before your AOS is complete.

If you intent to return you need AP. But if not, then it doesn't matter.

You won't have any problems leaving the US and entering Colombia at all. BUT if you want to come back to the US before your AP or AOS is approved, they won't let you in at all.
