Here's how we did ours:

Immigrant Spouse: Abcde F Ghijk, A#000-000-000

Immigrant Child: Lmnop Q Rstuv, A#000-000-000

Dear USCIS examiner:

Enclosed is a JOINT I-751 petition for removal of conditions of permanent resident status regarding immigrant spouse, Abcde F Ghijk, and immigrant child, Lmnop Q Rstuv. Attached to the form are 2 checks as follows:

a) Check # 0000 in the amount of $ 545.00 representing the I-751 application and Biometrics fee for Abcde F Ghijk

b ) Check # 0000 in the amount of $ 80.00 representing Biometrics fee for Lmnop Q Rstuv

We have established a happy family life together and we enclose documents to verify the status of our marriage and ongoing relationship, as follows:

1) Documents that establish eligibility to apply for removal of conditions:

a) Copy of front and back of the green cards of immigrant spouse and immigrant child.

b ) Mailers that came with the original green cards of immigrant spouse and immigrant child.

2) Document showing joint ownership of our residence:

8) Copy of other documents, which establish that our marriage is real and evident to private businesses, government agencies, our families and friends:

a) Report of Marriage submitted to the Philippine Embassy in Washington, D.C.

c) Selected Explanation of Benefits for immigrant spouse:

d) Letters from various institutions addressed to both of us:

e) Letters from a government entity addressed to us individually but showing as sent to our residence:

g) Documentation of various trips, vacations and other family activities:

i) Pictures of our trip to...

(5) Copy of USC spouse's passport pages with Philippine immigration stamps

(6) Various pictures taken during our trip

vii) Pictures of our Road Trip – Summer 2007

(Feb 05, 2008: infopass appointment)

Feb 07, 2008: transfer notice dated Feb 01, 08

Feb 13, 2008: touch (Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.)

Apr 11, 2008: approval email! (only took 1 year, 34 days!)

Apr 13, 2008: 2 more approval emails

Apr 16, 2008: email notice: "Approval notice sent"

Apr 18, 2008: MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!!!! card received!
