No, this should not cause a problem, just white out the mistake and correct it.

The I-134 is just evidence that you will not be come a charge of the US Government, and that you will have sufficient support during the period between entry, and getting green-card.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

I agree with YuAndDan, just fix it with white out.

Also, I would never assume that a lawyer would prepare paperwork correctly, particularly after reading all the horror stories of lawyers and paper work snafus here on VJ!

Good luck with your interview!! I'm sure it will all go well!!

The same occured me!! When I checked the forms that the lawyer filed I found a lot of mistakes. I got so angry because we paid them and they didn't do their work well!!! It was one of 1000 reasons for not to get a lawyer with AOS

So, I corrected the forms but not the pages where there was a signature and I didn't have problem in my K1 visa interview. Good luck

Yeah we had a similar thing with our lawyer. They didn't just give us the forms to fill out ourselves that they could check after, they gave us some stupid questionnaire and then proceeded to make stupid mistakes throughout the actual form. They wrote one of my previous addresses with Belgium as the CITY and Germany (?) as the country... I mean come on! Where did Germany come from??

We'd paid upfront for them to help us through both K1 and AOS, but I have to say they weren't as much help as they said they'd be.... our lawyer promised to help me with getting my SSN and my driver's license, and when I sent him an email saying can I get these now I have my EAD his response was 'sure, take your EAD card'... a monkey could have told me that! As a result, I will NOT be using a lawyer for removal of conditions in 2 years. Unluckily for me, I didn't find this website until after we were already married

Anyways I'm sure if you just correct the mistake yourself it won't cause any problems. Tell your lawyer they made a mistake and make sure you check everything they fill out extremely thoroughly, because this probably won't be the last mistake they make
