Hello All,

Just wondering if someone else on here also has been waiting for a confirming email from the NVC when they sent the Agent of Choice via email to NVCINQUIRY@state.gov. According to James shortcuts, we should receive the confirmation email within two days after sending the DS3032 via email. My wife sent the email on Feb 13th and we still have not receieved the confirmation email. Is this something I need to be concerned about? NVC's automated system said that they mailed the AOS fee bill and a copy of DS3032 to me on Feb 11th and I have not received that in mail either. Should I call the NVC to find out more?? Please advice.

Thanks,

Avneesh

I agree with coolgt.

About NVC mailing on Feburary 11- your mail is probably at their mailing room. It takes them from 1 to 3 weeks to actually mail letter.

It may take much longer than 2 days to get a confirmation email from NVC. Have your wife email NVC again, cc (copy) you the same email. That way, you can be sure of if the email was sent properly.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

if the email had been received by NVC you would have received a confirmation that the email was recieved from an automated response...there would have been no mention of what was received (ds-3032...). it took a week for my husband to actually get a response about the ds-3032.

we did include the case number in the subject line and i have double checked the email address it was sent to is correct (NVCINQUIRY@stute.gov). I also have not received an automated response from NVC confirming receipt of the email. I guess I will wait another week to call them since some said it takes about a week for them to respond.

thanks!

If you sent the email to the the address listed in your posted as (NVCINQUIRY@stute.gov) then it's wrong. The correct email is NVCINQUIRY@state.gov

You posted as: NVCINQUIRY@stute.gov

Should be: NVCINQUIRY@state.gov

You domain is incorrect double check which address you sent it out.

We are trying to prepare our DS-3032 in advance base on James' shortcut. The form I can find on internet expires on 12/31/2006. Does anyone know if there is any new revision?
