Just finished the Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status (I-693 and A-1 Appendix A SUPPLEMENTAL FORM TO I-693). The medical was done in San Antonio, TX at the Clinica Medica Internacional. They clinic was "Very professional" and made the process painless. I had called several of the facilities to find out the price and what was involved. One chain gave me what I considered a very outrageous price and told me it takes several days. My advice - call around and check the price and how timely they are before you commit yourself. Take the time to call and ask questions. BTW - The clinic is just around the corner from the San Antonio District Office, 8940 Fourwinds Drive, San Antonio, TX 78239.
