Hello vj people..I am going to send the DS-230 next week and the NVC just give us the link or the website to read for the instructions and the documents to be submitted together with the DS-230. And I have read from the other posts of the vj users that they mention about OF-169 together with their DS-230 package but for us, the NVC just give us the website/link to read and told us to send back the paper they send us with the barcode and the documents they will need. But in my reading from the website that NVC gives, OF-169 is not mention. But i researched about the OF-169, and I read about photographs. But I do not fully understand it. Do you think I need to send the OF-169? What is the purpose of the OF-169? And do i need to send together with my DS-230 a photograph specified in the OF-169?

Thanks a lot..

DS-2001 Notice of Applicant Rediness (Formerly OF-169) - don't worry about this, doesn't apply to you.

Do send in two U.S. passport size photos, this is a new requirement of the DS-230 and may not be posted on their website.

Yes, definitely send in 2 passport size photos or you most likely will get an RFE.

Also, make sure the beneficiary's name and case number are on the back of each photo
