I am filling out the I-134 now and the VJ guide is a lot of help. But I'm not sure what to put down for the "I am _____ years of age and have resided in the United States since (date) ___________ "? I lived in the US since birth until now except for 3 years in Japan from 2003-2006. Do I put down the day I was born like the guide shows? Or the day I moved back from Japan?

Thanks for your help!!

Best,

Kevin

Use your date of birth. Your travel abroad, where appropriate, will be or has been dealt with elsewhere. For the I-134, you are just indicating citizenship.
