I realized late that I made an error on my wife's birthday by transposing the numbers on the day (12 should be 21) on the I-130 and the biographical form. I fear at some point, when my petition is at the NVC, they look at her DS-230 with correct date or look at the copy of her passport and realize the error. What should I do at this point?

Please advise. Thanks.

I don't remember on which official government web page probably on visa.travel.gov is a format how to write an inquiry to NVC. Basically as a subject you write nvc number, and in the post petitioner and beneficiary dates of birth, names, adresses (to be safe also phones). Make sure you receive automated notification they got your email.

Good luck, and please share with us about the outcome :) .
