hi everyone,my fiancee and I filled in I-129 and G-325, but after we found that we did a mistake in the G-325 four papers, the question is :in the bottom of every paper of those 4 ones, there's "this form is submitted in connection with application for : Naturalization Status as permanent Resident

Other (Specify)

so i had to choose one of them,i chose the STATUS AS PERMANENT RESIDENT, i did that in the all 4 papers.but after when my fiancee were reading infos in this site and saw an exemple of the G-325 she found we did a mistake in that, when i saw the G-325 (http://www.visajourney.com/examples/INS-Form-G-325A.pdf) i found that in the 1st paper i have to choose : Other (specify) and wroe the I-129.... and in the other 3 papers i have to mark the : Naturalization . Is this what i have to do or there's something else .thank you

All four copies should be ticked with "Other.... K-1 Visa". (or I-129F, either will do).

If you haven't already mailed your application, I would re-do the documents and select "Other" and write/type "I-129F" to the right of "Other". This should be the same on all 4 pages of both your and your fiancee's G-325A.

Please note that you need to be very specific in what you type in VJ. For example, your post mentions "I-129" and "G-325". The actual forms are "I-129F" and "G-325A". You must be precise or you will cause confusion, especially since there really are forms titled I-129 and G-325, and neither of them applies to the K-1 application!! :):)

Best of luck with your application,

You have to put other and specify, what you did was wrong. Don't send to them like that. It's best for you to do all over again and send it right, than send it wrong and they return to you, that'll take a lot of time and it'll delay a your process. Good luck!

Hold On abderrahim n tina! As far as I know and from what I did, the four copies of G325 should be all the same. So if you checked the OTHERS & specify I129F Petition for Alien Fiance, you need to do that on all four copies.

Im a newbie here and maybe others can verify the sample that was posted coz I checked it and the 2nd to 4th pages were marked wrong (as far as Im concern). It has an X marked on Naturalization but on the specify line, it says I129F Petition for Alien Fiance.

I've filled out the biographical form (G325) numerous times for my own immigration papers as well as my family's and as far as I know, all four forms are specific to what you're applying for, which in this case I129F.

Others, please comment.
