Just thought I would vent... I feel like this process is pulling me in different Directions

Well, your not alone on feeling this way. You just have to keep goin with your everyday life. If you have a job..or kids.....or your family and friends.

I think about how to redecorate the house.....for when my husband is here. Just moved into our new home in July and still haven't done much to it, but I want to before he gets here. I keep a journal and I even took up some reading. You could maybe learn more about your SO's culture (you could never know enough).

These are just things that could help.......Just stay Positive and know your not alone, there are so many of us that feel the same way you do. Hang in there.......and insha allaah our loved ones will be home with us all.

May I know why USCIS often do frequent and continually touches on a case? I'm a CR1 with CSC pending for NOA2. My case was touched on 1/23, 2/15, 2/17, 2/18, 2/19 but no new status showing. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

It does do that and the process continues to try and tighten that red tape each day - you have got to be kept busy, I dont care what it is - but a famous saying that always comes to mind....."Idle Mind...Idle Thoughts" -

There are days when I am busy with work that I do not even look here (oh surprise) or USCIS website for update to case, and then there are those dark days when I just sit and wonder what the heck is happening....... and then anger, frustration, and all those other great negatives play upon the mind.

The best you can do is to keep in mind that soon, one day, this part of the journey will be over and then a lesson will be written into your book of life, a chapter to be closed or if someone needs a hand, you can pass that part of the book over to them so that they will know ~ it too shall pass.

Did you call USCIS? You can get a touch if you call them.

My I-130 petition was only touched twiced. Once when it was paired up with my K3 and the second when it was approved.

Anyways... from what I've been reading, touches really dont mean a thing.

I can't believe it I finally got an answer from USCIS, the reason my I-130 is not approved yet is because they are doing a Background check within USCIS, not FBI per Becky - LOL But she was actually very nice... She did tell me it can take anywhere from 30 days to 6 months to finish this process.... I don't.......I am writing a letter to the Associate Director for that department next!!!!!!

hmmmm ..that is what they told GOGO and it was not the truth - write that letter -

They always come up with that kind of excuses, they might be making those up to make you wait longer... in fact it seems they really don't know.

I have also wondered several times how can csomeone be approved in less than 2 months and others be put on hold for months and months... We don't really cope, we have no choice...
