Yeah, I get car sick too, so it was a novel experience!

I must just say that I told Platy no swearing before we left, hence his "dingbat!" comment. Had it been an ordinary day you would have heard some colourful language that would make old Grandma Winifred's ear burn! Oh and blame him for the shaky camera. Just cause I want you too.

Awwww. That's so sweet that he listened to you. What a softy.

(And I have to confess to the car sickness feeling too. )

He's a teddy bear, honestly. He's got loads of female friends online cause they just love him!

Anywhoo, before I totally let out his secret may I just add that he was really nasty to a paper bag this morning. He really put it in its place.

I love pizza places that aren't huge chains! By the look of the place on the clip, it looked local which usually means the pizza should be tasty. I found a website for "Pizza King" in Indiana (mostly Muncie locations) but did not see a location in Mags & Platy's town or yours. Must be a different place.

Pretty cool little tour. I had a peek on Google Earth and found the Pizza King (is it tasty?) and park. Love that cute accent.

if it's the same pizza king we have here in Evansville then they put tons of toppings, the base is flimsy & floury tasting, and their stromboli's are more like pizza subs it's good because I love lots of toppings but I'm not into the floury crust

I thought so, the signage is all different. I'm surprised there hasn't been a brand name dispute. Three different "Pizza Kings" all in Indiana.

There are a couple in Muncie. Don't know if it is the same chain though.

The roads are really bumpy here so it is really hard to keep the camera straight. That's my excuse and I'm a stickin' to it!

The Pizza King here in Greencastle is a local thing. To be a Pizza King, I think the only qualification is that you buy your supplies from Pizza King. This one was owned by a friend of my Mom's who died recently. It's different than the other Pizza Kings I've eaten at. (But yes...the Strom's are huge.)
