Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Not saying you're wrong, but what is your evidence that the establishment is 'scared'? That they chose McCain?

Out of the crowd they had on the other side, McCain's the only one that stands a chance against Obama. And that Hillary is scard doesn't need any explaining. Both McCain and Hillary reprsent the status quo. More of the same. I rather take that chance and see what an inspirational leader with a vison that I share can accomplish in the White House.

I don't plan on voting for either Obama or Clinton, but I'd much rather see Obama get the nomination on the Dems side. If a Dem is going to win, I'd rather have Obama as President.

Now, the David Duke-Edwin Edwards governor's election.....HAHAHAHAHAHA

Were you in Louisiana for that one? Talk about stuck between a rock and a hard place. Seriously, when you have to convince yourself to vote against David Duke, it's a problem.

I was. It was the first election I was old enough to vote in. It was indeed scary...crook or KKK Grand Dragon? Hmmm....But then, Louisiana is well-known for its less-than-lily white politics, isn't it? Huey P Long....

This election feels like the American Idol show. Obama seems empty to me though he is really charismatic and appealing to younger generation.

Issue wise, McCain, Obama, and Hillary are not that far apart.

McCain is killing himself by supporting an unpopular war, and for a continued deployment of some kind in Iraq. That and our current financial woes work against the Republicans.

Why do you say he's killing himself with this?

The war has dragged on a lot longer and is cost much more than it was promised. There are still people who support it, but most want to get out. The only reason you haven't heard more about it in this election is that the economic issues have taken center stage. McCain has professed not knowing much about economics. If it was the president, he would likely put in place people that would continue the mistakes Bush made. Maybe correct some of them, but we as a nation wont be that much better off.

Okay fine. But where is the evidence that he is being killed?

And Blameco is the governor that everyone outside of Louisiana will remember......

Hopefully Jindal's ethics reforms will help rid the state of the likes of those two.

All you need is a modest house in a modest neighborhood

In a modest town where honest people dwell

I agree. Jindal is great and he's already done so much for the state in regards to health care in his previous posts.
