Financial Info.

Hi everyone,

We haven't gotten our NOA2 yet but we did have a touch on Sunday and many other October filers have been approved so we think we're getting close. So I'm thinking a lot about the financial information that I will need to provide. I graduated from college in May of 2007 and have been working two jobs since Sept. and Oct. respectively. I make enough money now but because I've been in school for the past four years I have no tax evidence to prove that I NOW make enough.

I've asked my mother to cosponser as I know that she has more than sufficient income and can easily document this. I guess my question is, I know that my mother needs to include the I-134 as do I, but does she also need to include her recent pay stubs, bank information, letter on company stationary, etc. I'm assuming this is a yes because it's included in the paperwork directions. I just want to provide complete evidence that I have the financial background (as I know I do) to support him so as not to be denied. We've come too far at this point.

Any thoughts, suggestions, comments are greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

Meg

She would need to provide the same evidence to prove her income so letter from employer, tax info and pay stubs. The bank info is not really needed unless she is using assets.

Thank you! I also am waiting for a start date on my "dream" job. They are processing me right now. But I do have my copy of the contract I signed which includes their desire to hire me and my potential salary (which is so much more than what I make now!!). I want to include this as well.

If you wanted you could include that with your I-134 just to show them you are actively looking for work.
