Hello vj members, happy new year to you all,

My question is on tax, I have not been able to file for for my 2007 tax

and my husband will have his interview on the 4th of Appril 2008,

Should I send him 2006,2005 and 2004 for his interview, will that be sufficent or must I wait for the

2007 tax?

Please help me with your answers, will really appereciate.

If the interview is before April 15, then it would be fine. If the interview is after April 15 then you would need to supply 2007 taxes. Since the interview is before April 15, i believe that everything will be fine submitting the prior year taxes.
