Me too! I don't really need to lose a whole lot though, but i'd like to tone up more. I have been working on it. Started out with a personal trainer about 2 months ago but my sessions are up. So it's just me and my man now. He's a great encourager though. Does anyone know how to really work out those hard areas like inner thighs for example. Thats where I find it the hardest to tone up. What am I doing wrong, or what am I not doing??

There's a gym right across the street from me that I've become a bit too good at avoiding :P

Wow, so many responses! Sorry I have been gone all day...stupid work!

I dunno how you all want to do this...so any ideas would be great....I figure just get off yer butts & go!

Here's what I was thinkin: Weigh yourself Monday (May 1) , and then weigh yourself every Monday thereafter. I figure we can then track body % lost each week to have a weekly winner....but then we'll do one for the whole month on the 31st.

So we all have the weekend to eat like pigs, lol

That sound good for everyone else?

Oh, and I just walked 2 miles today woo hoo!

Well % make it easy & keep it fair, even if you don't have a lot to lose....

for instance, say someone's 100lbs..she loses 2lbs... 2 divide by 100 is 2%

so in contrast, a heavier person weighin in at 200lbs that loses 3 lbs....lost 1.5% of his/her total weight...so technically, the slimmer person lost more, ya see?

Just an easy way to a)keep weights private if ppl don't wanna share and B) level the playing field :)

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

Senator Barack Obama
Senate Floor Speech on Public Debt
