I'm filling out the I-134 form and need help with the section "Name of spouse and chidren accompnying or following to join person." My fiancee's son has no plan to follow his mother to US at this time, but he may decide to join her within a year after she gets her K-1 visa. Should I put his name down on I-134 form now. If I don't, is he still eligible if he wants to follow to join his mother within a year she gets her visa?
