I am just about ready to mail everything out.

Just waiting on a few items and some pictures to come in...

I want to have examples how you or your s/o packed up your forms, pictures, boarding passes etc etc.. for mailing? Did you use a binder? Was it three ringed? Did you punch holes in your documents? With what company did you send it off through? Any information or examples would be lovely!

Once again and always thanks in advance!

I stuck all of the pictures and boarding passes to pieces of paper, paper clipped things into bunches and made a cover letter that listed everything I was sending.

I believe I sent it through USPS.

Good luck!

We used an Acco Fastener at the top (with two holes punched through all the papers) and had dividers in between each section (such as "birth certificates", "divorce documents", "G-325A's", "I-129F Application", "photos", etc.). We used those vinyl pocket sheets for the pictures.

Don't forget to send photocopies of the supporting documents and keep the originals for the interview.

We just sent ours regular mail.

Good luck for a speedy approval.

I used a few plastic folders with pockets inside - I think one for the applications, another for the supporting evidence. I did not use any staples or hole punches. I put the visa application photos (passport style photos) in separate plastic bags (sandwich bags), wrote the name on the back, taped the bags to the biographical forms. I put the pictures of us together for the supporting evidence of having met in person in another plastic bag, wrote the dates and place taken on the backs of the pictures. I wrote a cover letter listing everything in the application. Pretty much I followed the instructions on this site for packaging it. I sent it through the post office. Good luck.

Make sure to also read the USCIS website on how to assemble your package. I believe it says they don't want binders of folders, but prefer and appreciate ACCO fastners. I put my cover letter on top of course, with the check attached to it. Then I put everything in the order they reccomend. I put my photos in plastic zip lock bags and wrote on the bag who the photos are of. I don't think you have to do this, but I also put sticky tabs on each section and labeled them so it makes it easier for them to go through everything. Don't forget to write that it is your originial submission on the cover letter, and the outside of the envelope! I would just use the guide here and the USCIS guidelines.

Good luck

I used the guidelines here and on USCIS's website on assembly. I used the ACCO Fasteners and punched two holes at the top of each page.

I used a ziploc bag to put the check in and two-holed punched it too and put on top. I then used sheets of paper with our names and description of each section to divide each section. I had tabs at the bottom of those sheets so each section was easily accessible. The pictures I put in order from start to current in our relationship. I also arranged the boarding passes, hotel receipts and ATM receipts in the same fashion. I made sure that the dates on the boarding passes coincided with the dates that were written in my letter of proof of meeting. The photos were in clear plastic with the photo on top and a description of the photo on the bottom.

Make sure to check several times that you signed and dated everything.

I sent mine Express Mail so I had a tracking number and received a copy of the signature via email.

Good Luck!
