proof of a shared bank account

In my opinion, more is better. You want for the person who is looking at your paperwork to be "wow, those people are really in love" without an ounce of a doubt. Less doubt, less likely to get an RFE. :)

But maybe someone on this forum will disagree.

I'm just trying to figure out what we should send

he can't put me on his insurance he's in the process of switching

we could get letters from family and friends

Do they just have to say how long they've known us and that they were at the wedding and that we are very much in love or what ??

By the time we got to the interview we'll most likely have a baby so theres proof but its baking at the moment lol

What did you include when you filed your I130 ??

The baby thing is very good. Anyway to have a doctor do a blood draw and testify you are pregnant with your husband?

Your friends and family can say pretty much anything they want. It is really up to them.

What you can include, depends on what you have.

Here is my list but i think we went way over the top:

Affidavits from one friend and 3 family members.

Joint car Insurance.

Joint health Insurance.

Joint Apartment lease.

Life insurance with each other as beneficiary.

AAA joint membership.

Affidavit we signed long time ago to testify that we were domestic partners.

Joint gym memberships.

Copy of e-mails.

Bills with communication highlighted during our long distance relationship.

Pictures throughout our relationship

Etc...

Please, do not worry. I know this is a stressful event but you will do fine.

Let me know if you need any help.

ETA: Congrats on the baby!! :)

Thanks.

I'm trying to not stress out over this stuff especially for the baby. But sometimes its hard not to.

I have the blood test saying I'm pregnant form the hospital do you think its ok to include I think all it says is my maiden name on it and positive i'm not sure if it says pregnancy or not.

You are pregnant, enjoy your pregnancy! Immigration is well immigration...Paperwork and more paperwork. ...

I would definitely add a copy of the positive blood test. The fact that it is in your maiden name shouldn't matter.

I heard copies of mail addressed to both of you at the same address is a good thing too. So cards from family and friends to your place are great. :)
