since Myangels issue has me wondering>> since I am going over to interview.. I have Tmobile i use my phone cards to call my husband ,, it only shows the 800 or 877 you dial does not show the number connected to.. But all my records show this.. don't they know this is how it works if u use cards?? Any one that went threw this tell is this good enough.. it would be hard to get other info.

I saw ur reply but i ask did u have records of calls or just the cards them self?? what did you exactly say to meg court how long did it atke to get letter.

I had both. Here is how: I had phone records showing calls being made to the 800 access number of the calling card company. In addition ,I had the actual expired calling cards showing the 800 access number.

The magistrate simply wrote a letter explaining why I could not have access to the numbers dialed on the calling card because it was not a criminal matter.

I picked up a copy of the letter the next day.

I had both. Here is how: I had phone records showing calls being made to the 800 access number of the calling card company. In addition ,I had the actual expired calling cards showing the 800 access number.

The magistrate simply wrote a letter explaining why I could not have access to the numbers dialed on the calling card because it was not a criminal matter.

I picked up a copy of the letter the next day.

so u just went to court house ask to speak to some one explain the problem ok I have a lawyer can't he write letter.. of same?

Yes. I went to the court house, explained my situation and eventually ended up in the Magistrates Office. I don't know if your lawyer can write the letter. I am 'guessing' that an attorney can write the letter. But again - I do not know for sure.

I had a small amount of emails (less than 10 pages). That is why I had to relied so heavily on my phone records.
