To all my fellow VJ members: Would you please confirm me that I have right list of stuff for packet-3

1. Copy of passport (front and back page)

2. Recent photo.

3. DS-230 Part 1 (She downloaded from Mumbai consulate website and plans to fill up those download forms)

4. DS-156 Part 1 (She downloaded from Mumbai consulate website and plans to fill up those download forms)

5. Applicant's statement.

My fiancee is planning to send these to the consulate rather than waiting for Packet 3 from consulate.

You might want to try the consular website for a list of the information required. I know that the US consular webpage for Kiev gives a checklist of information required. Hope that helps.
