Name Change

Hello. I am the US Citizen and my husband is the benificiary. When I am filling out the paperwork do I use my old last name that we originally filed with or do I use my new last name? Everything has been changed with SS etc. Or do I use both? Thanks!

You can use the name that you now wish to be known by. They understand that people change their names after marriage and would be accustomed to dealing with this.

I'll use my new name. I'm still in doubt if i'll change my name to have mine and his last name or only his. Cuz mine and his together won't match at all, altho we both have german last names, still it's gonna be huge and weird and i dare any american to spell my last name properly.
